2. Scope of Services

Inari Hospitality offers curated luxury villas, retreats, and event spaces for short-term stays and private events.
All descriptions, images, and availability displayed on our Site are provided for general informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.


3. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as communicated at the time of reservation.
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned during checkout.
  • Payments must be made through the approved channels listed on our website or by direct contact with our reservations team.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of non-payment, incorrect information, or misuse of the platform.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard check-in and check-out times will be communicated with your booking confirmation.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Treat the property, staff, and surroundings with respect.
  • Follow all house rules provided at the villa.
  • Avoid loud noise or disturbance, especially after 10:00 PM.
  • Be liable for any damage caused to the property or amenities during their stay.

We reserve the right to charge for any repair or replacement costs arising from negligence or misconduct.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
  • “No-shows” and early check-outs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Events and Third-Party Vendors

If you host events (such as weddings, shoots, or corporate gatherings) at our property, you must comply with all applicable local laws and guidelines.
Use of third-party vendors (e.g., decorators, caterers, DJs) requires prior written approval.


8. Limitation of Liability

Inari Hospitality will not be liable for:

  • Any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from force majeure, including natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen closures.
  • Personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Your use of our property and facilities is entirely at your own risk.


9. Intellectual Property

All images, text, design, and content displayed on our Site are the property of Inari Hospitality and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written consent.
